Order Terms

This is an installation service. We require temporary access to your WordPress admin dashboard to install and activate the plugin.

    • You will not receive a physical license key, nor will we provide one under any circumstances.

    • Download links for the latest untouched plugin .zip file are available upon request via support, only if necessary for self-upload.

    • Only we are permitted to activate the plugin for license validation and automatic updates.

 

Service Policies.

 

    • Your WordPress site must be publicly accessible via the internet.

    • Temporary admin access is required.
      Orders are non-refundable if access is denied or not provided.

    • Orders are not refundable once installation has started and completed.

    • Annual Licenses Only:
      Once a license has been activated for a domain, transferring the site or license to another domain is not permitted for Annual Licenses.
      This includes any domains or subdomains used for staging purposes.

    • We do offer GPL versions of the plugins you can use for testing and staging – please contact us prior and we will send you a download link.
      The GPL version will not receive automatic updates, but it may be used during development prior to launch.

    • Support is limited to installation and activation.
      Technical support beyond installation is not included.

    • We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the original developer’s product.
      Nor are we liable for any changes made to the license by the original developer.

    • Domain names will be recorded for reinstallation and support purposes.
      Screenshots will be taken of each activated site as proof of delivery.

 

Claim your Order

After payment, You’ll be prompted with a “Request Installation Link(s)” section , You can also find this link in the email confirmation of the order, and under MyAccount > Orders. Click on the “Request Installation for…” button displayed to you (These button links are unique and generated for your order only). You’ll be redirect to a secure form (WPE Requirements Form) for you to quickly fill out and submit.
You are required to submit details which can enable us to temporary access to your WordPress dashboard:
You can choose between following methods we can use to access your site’s admin dashboard.

  • Method 1: Username & Password
    (We suggest creating a new user with admin role/privileges – You can delete this afterwards.)

  • Method 2 (Recommended): Admin Access Link
    “Temporary Login Without Password” URL Link.
    If you don’t want to provide an username or password. We recommend using a WordPress Plugin called “Temporary Login Without Password“, You will be able to generate a temporary admin access link which you can submit to us instead of a username and password.

Once you have submitted the WPE Requirements Form, you have successfully claimed your order.

Delivery Info

Most claimed orders are processed within 10 minutes to 1 hour. However, please allow up to 12 hours.
Our timezone is in London, UK (GMT / UTC+00:00).

  • In the event of any issues or delay we will contact you via Email.
  • You will receive confirmation via email as soon as possible when we have successfully serviced your site. After you have received confirmation of this you may revoke admin access.

 

Support Policy

  • Every purchase includes one year of installation and licensing support, starting from the initial installation date.

  • During this period, you may request free reinstallation of the product and license if needed.

  • The support period lasts one year from the installation date. After it ends, reinstallation services may require repurchasing the product.

  • All relevant details, including the installation date and support end date, will be provided in the confirmation of delivery email.

License Type

Lifetime Licenses:
Your plugin and activated license remain valid indefinitely. You will receive automatic updates for as long as the product is actively maintained. However, if reinstallation is required after your support period has ends, additional services may need to be purchased.

Annual Licenses:
These licenses are valid for one year and must be renewed annually. During the active support period, we provide free reinstallation services if needed. However, once the support period has ended, you will need to repurchase the license to continue receiving updates and support.
